OUR RETURN POLICY
We are happy to exchange your item if you change your mind under the following conditions:
You must contact us first to arrange return.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase accompanied by your original invoice or store receipt.
You are responsible for the postage and delivery of the returned item.
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in full saleable condition.
Unfortunately due to safety and hygiene reasons earrings, face masks and food cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sales & seconds items are not exchangeable or refundable.
In the unlikely event that you need to return a damaged, incorrect or faulty please contact Clementine’s with proof or purchase via email or phone within 14 days of purchase. Agreed faulty items will be refunded with the same method as purchased or issued a credit voucher.

Standard Australia Post Charges apply to all orders. Express delivery is available at Express Post rates.
